December 2007 LSAT - Section 2 - Question 18

Which one of the following could be an accurate list of the members of each of the three highest–placing teams?

Yeah there has to be a much easier way to diagram this. That diagram is not clear at all.

Hi Tyler808

I'll share how I would approach a diagram for this game. This is a pretty tough game to diagram since there arent really any "fixed" spots, since the teams change their order

We have six people: M, N, O, P, S, T
and three teams who will be ranked 1-3:
F
G
H

I would set up two diagrams- a "master" diagram showing who ranks where, and a secondary diagram showing who is on what team.

Master:
1 Team: (Not H) , Members: _ _ (Not N)
2 Team: , Members: T _
3 Team: (Not G), Members: _ _ (Not P)
Secondary
F: _ _
G: S _
H: _ _

We also know that M/P are not together. This is a bit complex, but this game has a lot of moving parts.
