Hi Tyler808,

C tells us that there is no difference in fat consumption outside of red meat between those who forsake red meat and those who do not. Lets imagine two people, Beefy Barry and White Meat Manny. Both consume the same amount of other foods that are high in fat, so maybe they both eat 80 grams of fat/day. However, Marry eats beef, which has 10 grams of fat, but Manny has chicken, which has only 5 grams. So, Barry still consumed more fat than manny. Therefore, just because they ate the same amount of fat from other foods, the beef-eater ate more fat still, which does not resolve the paradox.
