Question 11

I find questions like this difficult and confusing. Is there a good way to approach these? When I saw answer E, my thought process was that Passage B does not say that markets do not make decisions, just that those decision are not omnicient from the opening of a market (like the racetrack analogy). This made me disqualify this answer. Is there a better way to cut through answers like this that seem so vague and abstract?

I had the same thought process. I would love to know how to approach these questions

Hi, I would reread the second passage. I think passage b is indeed saying that markets do not predict the future or shape the future, and that they merely reflect current sentiment.
