Im a bit confused... so can two of the same variables go on a given day? For example: both RR on Thursday? I feel like the rules doesn't clarify that. The real time did help a little though.

I don't think that two of the same can go on the same day. The first rule tells us that each day of the two day workshops are consecutive, so it must be R R on two days. We are allowed to have two workshops on the same day, but they must be different workshops.
