Can someone explain why C isn't the correct answer?

Before looking at the answers, I immediately thought the answer choice would point out that the physics and biology systems aren't the same.

That's exactly what I thought. Can someone please answer this?

C tells us that no system is perfect. If anything, this would slightly weaken the argument. The argument is trying to tell us that we should adopt the method of one discipline into another. However, if we know that no method is perfect this undermines the motive for switching slightly. I don't know if I'd be comfortable picking it for a weaken question, but it does give me a reason to think that switching won't completely have the effect the author thinks it will.
