Hi Connor, lets start out with the general setup of the game:

I would probably say this is a hybrid game, we have five in order, and there are two who are not in the order at all.

I would consider a setup like this

_ _ _ _ _ (_ _) With the parentheticals being the ones not selected.

From the rules, we know that L is in, and is 2 or 3, and that if G, g is 1. We also know who must be last, so

_ _ _ _ N/T (_ _)

We then have a few conditional rules:
If I and R -> RI
If O and R -> RO
If N and T -> NT

Putting the first two conditionals together, we see that they cannot both happen at the same time, so we know that we cannot have all three of I, O, and R selected.

Our final conditional tells us that if N and T, then
_ _ _ N T (_ _)

If I is 4, we know the following
_ _ _ I N/T (O/R N/T)

We know that both N and T cannot be in, since if they are both in, then N is 4. We also know that one of O or R must be out. Thus, G, I, and L must be in, so A is correct.
