Hello, I chose E. I now see why A is correct but I'm still geared towards E. The first sentence of paragraph one was my motivation for choosing it. Can someone explain why E is incorrect please?

Hi, the first two sentences seem to mostly be providing context for the development of the actos, and in particular, the social world into which they were introduced. The actos were indeed heavily drawn from the topics that Chavez worked to improve, making A a good match. This does not have much to do with why historians wrongly claim that Valdez was solely responsible. In fact, the author never tells us why historians wrongly did this.
