Hi, I don't think I would diagram this. I would, however, think about what these two statements mean and try to out them together. We know that if you got a low grade, then you missed a class. This also means that if you did not miss a single class, you did not get a low grade. We also know that the majority never missed a class. We can put these two statements together to know that the majority did not get a low grade. Diagraming the S/N statement, and particularly taking it's contrapositive might be helpful, but it is not a must.
