confusion about answer not paralleling

the correct answer does not have the 'not' that the original argument has. it says a->b rather than a-> not b. maybe i misinterpreted it. let me know thanks!

Hi Hanfan,

I think this comes down to whether one diagrams limits on free speech as
LFS or Not FS

Ultimately, we can choose to frame things as a negative or a positive (e.g. rain could be R or Not Sun), and these are logically equivalent statements.
