Explain Please...
I chose A however I am not sure why B is correct when I understood them to be disagreeing about the claims on durability of the artifacts. Kendall never mentions whether they were sedentary or nomadic, so how is B correct?

A is incorrect as we know neither sides opinion on the matter. Nobody tells us whether sedentary and nomadic is a real distinction.
We do know that R thinks that nomadic cultures made artifacts that were not made to last. However, K has a more nuanced view, that people make things out of the materials available to them. In Ks view, a non durable artifact could be made by a sedentary culture that only had access to non durable materials.
