I am not able to identify D as a correct answer choice

FDCP---notC--- not AG or notPFF this is the chain according the stimulus, I am not able to use this chain with answer D

We are told that courage only comes from acting in the face of fear to reach a goal.

D tells us that one can be courageous only if they are actually afraid. This has to be true according to the passage, and in fact it is more or less a restatement of the passage.
