H's statement: a Biconditional?

Hi I read H's supportive statement ("All submitted works that met the traditional criteria—and only those works—were exhibited in the show.") as a bi-conditional. Am I correct? Mazen

I think so! H essentially gives us an If and Only If. We know that if it met the criteria it is in, and we know that the only things in were those that met the criteria.
