how to draw out the two last rules?

i am confused how to somewhat interpret the last two rules. how would i draw those out?

These are conditional rules, so we would diagram them as any if/ then statements. I would do as follows

If H1 -> L4

And it's contrapositive
If not L4 -> not H1

And the second as
If F6 -> J3

And it's contrapositive
if not J3-> not F6
