Biased Sample

Hello, Could someone explain why this is a biased sample and not an unrepresentative sample? After reading the stimulus I thought that it featured an unrepresentatie sample because current readers preferences are unrepresentative of potential readers preferences.

Hi, a biased sample is a reason that a sample can be unrepresentative. Generally speaking, non representative means that the sample does not match the population about which the author makes an inference. One reason for this could be that the sample is biased.
