A vs B

I dont see the difference between A and B; to me, they both have the same flaw. Why is B a better answer choice than A?

Hi, as i read A, I'm not sure that it's flawed. I'm reading the first sentence to mean that all the students take math, so therefore M must take math. B, however, is the exact same flaw as the argument. The body as a whole write on this topic, but we don't know that each member of the body does.
