If more short commercials than long commercials are shown, then which one of the following CANNOT be true?

Question

I am a bit confused why answer choice B is correct. Since the question changes the rule and state: If more short commercials than long commercials are shown, that means that there should be only 2 long commercials and 3 short, not violating the "No two consecutive commercials can be long." rule, I created a scenario of G's commercial shown first: G I H K F Can someone explain what I am missing?

Hi, the scenario you created has three longs. G and K must be long, and so must the third, which is h.
