Is E wrong because of illegal negation? Are reliance and investment in computers too far off? I diagrammed the conclusion as: Increased reliance on tech --> not increased productivity growth E is saying investment in computer growth --> increased productivity growth

I think E is wrong because it strengthens the argument. The argument is telling us that tech is bad, e is telling us tech is good.
