Hi, I don't know exactly which part of the video said this, but I think, at least for method of reasoning questions, it's far more important you understand the argument structure. While D might share some words with the argument, the idea it expresses is radically different. The first sentence is a conclusion that the rest of the argument is intended to support, which supports E. I don't really see how it's a dilemma.
