Hi, I think there is a reason why it must be W for I2: if we put Y there, that would mean that V W and Y would all be in I. If we have all three of them in I, them means none of them are allowed to go to France, and that Z is the only one allowed to go to France. This is impossible since Z makes only 3 visits, and we have four spots in France we need to fill.
