Refresher: Identifying a set of facts, opposed to an argument
I understand the difference between facts and arguments, but I have a hard time differentiating the two when answering questions. what is an easy way to distinguish an argument from facts?

I think there are two things to consider. First, we can use the question type. Paradox, must be true, and must be false all are sets of facts, and strengthen, weaken, flaw, parallel, conclusion, and argument structure are all arguments.
Second, arguments try to convince you of something. If the author is trying to convince me something is or is not the case, then it's an argument.
