If: J/L = L/J in the Voting sequence?

J/L is fitting in either Spots 1/2. M is fitting for Spot 7. On the Must be False answer choice:?? Why is N/O or O/N different for answer choice C? I think I’m missing the nuance.

Think Ifigured it out.
Could it be Because in that question, the "POK Box" created a new operating-rule, outside of the previous hypothetical placements sorted for either N/O; Rule-5: L>P>N/O or L>P>O/N. Thoughts?

Yep, it's because of the POK rule, we know that anything (N) that's after one of the POK box must be after the entire box.
