Hi, I agree E could actually happen in the real world: it seems possible that because people take a class in an indigenous language that they would seek out programming in that language, and this demand would lead to more programming being created. However, the passage does not state this. this question is asking why the author mentioned college classes, and the author never actually says that one led to the other. Rather, they are both factors in the attempt to preserve and revitalize indigenous languages, but we don't know if one causes the other.
