How could T go 2nd?

If we put it in 2nd then G would have to go 3rd and S in 6th which would then violate rule 2 of S-U. I get that T floats and there are no rules attached but when you put it in the scenario it doesn’t work.

Hi, I think that G could also go in first, and thus S wouldn't have to go 6th.
