Difference between C and E?
Stuck between the two, I felt as though A wasn't really making an argument and was more just expressing the idea that Markets are efficient predictors, while B was then arguing for why markets don't predict, they merely reflect the majority opinion.
I think C's description of passage A as "presenting" vs E's "advocate" was more accurate since advocating felt too strong as passage A was more just informing us about this concept of markets being predictors.
However, I also thought C's description of passage B as "interpreting" wasn't totally correct as although passage B does look at a claim and interpret that claim, it is more about bringing down the claim and arguing for its counter, which is why E's description of passage B as "deflating" is more accurate.

I think it's fair to say that A both presents and advocates: it presents a clear argument in favor of the wisdom of markets, one whose thesis is more or less summed up in the first statement. The author is indeed making an argument and seems to be an enthusiastic cheerleader for markets. Actually, I think this reason might be a good argument against C. Presentation may imply a sense of neutral, journalistic retelling, while the author is an enthusiastic partisan of markets.
