Hi, for this question we don't necessarily need to know exactly who is and who isn't an owner. What we do need to know is that 3 includes either one or two nos. If there are two nos in three then the other two units are all yes, if there is only one no in 3, then we have a 3-3-1 distribution.
Our job is now to break this game, and it turns out that ownership is only a minor part of this. Since H must be with another person, if we put G and K into 1, we would need to put F and H into two, since h has a pet and must be with someone else. So, this would mean that there are either one or three non owners, which is impossible.
