Question 4 - "All" in the third sentence.

The general rule for "all" statements is that an "all" introduces the sufficient condition, but here the sufficient condition "Greek cities" preceded "all," yet it was the sufficient variable? Why wasn't "marketplaces" the sufficient variable here?

Hi, we need to pay attention to which term the all applies to. The phrases "Greek cities all have markets" and "all Greek cities have marketplaces" mean the exact same things. It doesn't matter where the all comes in the sentence, it matters which term the all applies to, and here it applies to cities, not marketplaces.
