Why is C the correct answer choice and not B

Hi there, I got correct the people that are supposed to be in the green and red teams. Although how do we know Juana is the facilitator if it doesn't specify that it could be Juana or Mei, are we suppose to assume Juana is the facilitator since it states Olga is a facilitator and the first rule states they are supposed to be in different teams?

Hi, B violates the rule that O is a facilitator. C doesn't violate any rules, so it could be true.
