Why is B correct?

Could someone explain why B most strengthens? Thank you so much!

The argument here depends on a huge if: a person with the right software would be able to access this information. Similarly, a person with billions of dollars has access to unprecedented ability to go to space. However, the vast majority of people do not actually have the access to go to space. This illustrates the major flaw in the authors argument. The author thinks that visually impaired people now have vastly more access, but this might not be true, since the access depends on software and we have no idea how widespread this software is.

B solves this flaw by showing the software is common and cheap.
