Help! The difference between D and E

What's the difference between D and E? Are they different because D mentions "success of things created?" Other than that, I don't see why D is a better answer choice over E. Could someone plz help?

D makes a distinction between two groups: those two groups are creators of things easily ascertainable value, and creates of things of not easily ascertained value. The distinction is how much they worry about how others value their work.

E also makes a distinction between two groups, those groups are makers of easily ascertained value things, and evaluators. The distinction is their own confidence in its value.

The groups in question and the distinctions between them are different in d and e.
