Why not C?

In the explanation video, the tutor says we must have K, O, and J/M, so he looks for an answer choice with K, O, and one of J and M. However, I see T with L in the 3 scenarios he draws. It seems like L can also have T. My first question: can't we choose answer choice C: Kramer, Lopez, O'Neill? My second question: how did the tutor know that we needed K, O, and either J or M? These two points are very confusing to me. I would appreciate any help! Thank you so much!

We know that m must review at least two plays, since m reviews more than l and k. However we also know m cannot be with j. This means that each of the three plays must have exactly one of j or m, otherwise we would not have more ms than k or l. In fact, we know there are two Ms and one J, so each of the three spots must have exactly one m or j. C is incorrect because it does not have one m or j. This would either force there to be only one m, zero js, or mj to be together, all of which violate rules.
