I don't think we can say for sure that she makes an overly broad generalization. While her premise that all schools have an alcohol problem is indeed quite broad, I don't think it's unreasonable to think that. More so, the question is really asking us how she responds to the initial argument. A debatable explanation of one of her premises is not going to be what we are looking for. Rather, we are looking for something that captures the essence of how she responds. That is, we want something roughly along the lines that she reframes the problem from one of greek life to one of alcohol culture in general.
