For the Reading Comp Practice Passage Video, is it okay if I put "HS Students use situational code switching based on situation" for the summary?
There seems to be a glitch and its not letting me comment directly under the video.

I think that's a decent summary of the passage, but I think it misses some of the nuance in the latter two paragraphs about the differing roles of Spanish and English, and the study that was conducted. I don't think it's a must to put them in your summary, but I think those are important nuances to retain, and especially if you're just starting out I would lean towards trying to include things of that nature for now.
