First, I always want to pay attention to who is talking. By that, I mean when there's a clear view, whose view is it? The third paragraph is certainly expressing a view and the first sentence gives us a good hint that the author is the one espousing this view. Once we know what they advocate for, which I think is summed up decently well in the third from last sentence, we have.
