i was between b and e and i picked e

i picked e bc in my mind im thinking, if he obly gets sick from the chili pepers he eats at tip-top then it has to be bc of the chili peper at tip top, please help explain why not too choose this again

I think the first step is to ask what the question is asking us. This is really a must be true- it's asking us if the passage is correct, then which answer choice is most likely to be true.

The passage tells us that it's the peppers that made him sick. If this is true, then it wouldn't matter what the main dish was as long as he ate peppers. Therefore, b is correct.

E is incorrect because the passage doesn't prove that he's never had hot peppers at any other restaurant. The passage is consistent with him having gotten sick after eating other peppers, or with him having never eaten other peppers.
