Timing

For this game, from a math standpoint, when looking at the context of the other games, how long should this game #1 take assuming my goal is to do all four games with near 100% accuracy? It's not hard per se, just a bit more work than many game 1s are.

Yeah I agree this is a tough first game, and I would argue it may actually not be the easiest game of the section, this is very debatable but I find the tenant game easier. It has a lot of conditional reasoning which makes it likely to be more work. I would never set a hard time limit for a game, but I'd expect this one to take like 7 minutes even though it's game one.

That said, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WORRY ANIUT INDIVIDUAL GAME TIMING WHILE YOURE DOING A TIMED TEST, and especially not on test day. Any processing power you're putting to thinking about the clock is processing power you're not using on the games. Paradoxically, the way to do well is to give yourself enough time by killing the easy games, but if you're overly preoccupied with the time, it's going to be hard to do well. I know you mentioned you are getting -0s on the games, which makes me think you would be helping yourself by actually starting to focus less on timing.

Of course take this with a grain of salt because when it comes to timing strategies, it's very individual and you certainly know how you approach it better than anyone else will.

I appreciate your thoughtful responses! And indeed, for LR I have noticed significantly, when I have let the clock go out of mind, I'm completing it all and getting 22 +-1ish right out of 25
