i was stuck btwn c and d
so i'm still a little unclear on how c is right. The previous explanation for it was kind of the same reason I choose d. If young seals treated killer whales all the same, then it is obvious it was a learned behavior, when they got older to avoid the one that ate them vs the ones that only ate fish. Can you help clarify a bit more. Please.

D doesn't tell us that seals treat all whales the same initially, it tells us that they have no aversion to other types of predators. This is consistent with them treating subsets of killer whales differently or not.
D only tells us that the seals ignore non whale predators, which doesn't help us determine how they differentiate between whales. C however does show they differentiate by the chatter, which they use to get accustomed to whales that they realize do not pose a threat.
