My only issue with this is that the reason I eliminated D was because it said "most" lawyers. Where does the passage say "many cases"? Isn't that too strong of language for E?

And also can I get out of thinking like this in future questions? The only thing that talked me out of choosing E was the word "many".

The passage doesn't need to say many cases, but it does imply that it's common, or at least not rare. Lines 35-50ish support that contention, that these remove detail that confuses judges and juries. The term many is a weasel word- something can actually be relatively rare and still have many instances of it happening.
