Pat Disagrees with the Answer?

Hi, I didn’t think any of the answer choices were fully correct. I interpret Pat’s “No, not always” as meaning that while Pat believes children sometimes should adapt to different educational methods, there are times when they should not. This suggests partial agreement with Dana rather than outright disagreement. B says "all children" should learn to adapt which is far stronger than what Pat says so he would disagree. Could you clarify why choice B is correct given Pat’s response?

Pats not always is clearly in reference to the preceding sentence, that a child's learning style should always dictate the method used. This means that he is saying that a child's preferred learning style should not always dictate the method used, since both group work and individual work is critical. That is, a child must be able to flex.

Pat might believe that there are times where children should or should not be given their preferred educational style, but this does not mean he disagrees with B. This seems to be referring to cases where a child is already able to adapt. His second sentence clearly shows he supports B.
