I eliminated my answers to A and E. However, I do not understand why Rule 5 contrapositive was not triggered. The rule type is either and not both with S or R being in the game.

Hi, the contrapositive of the last rule is that if any soul is in, then no rap is. Since this question is about soul not being in, the contrapositive is not triggered.
