are we allowed to use scratch paper on the last or do we have to write on the exam?

No unfortunately you do not get scratch paper on the LSAT. You are allotted two pages per logic game.

How do you determine that it can not be true for G to join in 64? I determined that was possible and he can only not be in 61, 62, and 68.
