@ariella this is a Must Be True question so we are looking for the answer choice that is directly supported by the information in the stimulus.

(A) is 100% supported by the stimulus, i.e. "a few pythons recently hatched in North America have this disease" and "the disease is difficult to detect in its early stages, and all pythons die within six months of contracting the disease."

(B) is incorrect because while we know that a much greater proportion of African-hatched pythons have this liver disease, we do not know anything about the susceptibility over their entire lifespan of these African or North American pythons to this liver disease. This is the trap answer here.

(C) is incorrect because "all pythons die within six months of CONTRACTING the disease" not by the age of six months.
