@JayDee8732 the problem with (D) is that it is about the "power to confiscate an individual's personal correspondence."

This argument is not about confiscating. It is about using personal diaries as evidence against an individual.

Notice (C) states, "Governments should not be allowed to use an individual's remarks to prosecute . . . "
