@johnny of course! The main point here is the answer to the question that starts the stimulus, i.e. there is no connection between disliking certain physical parts of aging and negative feelings toward the elderly.

(B) is definitely true as it is a restatement of two sentences in the stimulus but these sentences are premises, not the main point.
