Which one of the following must be true?

Timing

Thank you for the explanation. The biggest issue I am running into on the games is the speed. I can see going through each one to solve but seems that may take too much time. Do you recommend writing each scenario out ? (I'm just thinking through if the answer was D hypothetically we would have eaten a lot of clock). Any tips? Thank you!

@johnny you are correct here that if the correct answer choice was (D) or (E), this would have been a time trap question.

The key for these questions is using your previous hypotheticals to eliminate incorrect answer choices.

Since this is a Must Be True question, one counterexample would eliminate an answer choice as a possibility.

Obviously, the problem here is that this is Question 2 so you only have one previous hypothetical to work with from Question 1.

But you also want to scan the answer choices first to see if any of them restate a deduction you have made in your original setup.

This strategy would have lead you to pick the correct answer choice here quickly even if it was (D) or (E) since you know from combining rules 2 and 3 that L is always before K.

Hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
