Why is B correct?

@jaydee8732 @djayasinghe (B) is correct because it calls into question the claim that "the % of otters affected who were successfully rehabilitated was much lower still, because only a fifth of the otters who died immediately were ever found." But how can they say they know the true number of dead otters without ever finding them? Thus, (B) calls into question that piece of evidence.
