@sharpen7 the flaw here is whole to part.

The premise is about the average cost of groceries but the conclusion is about butter and eggs specifically.

It is possible that the AVERAGE cost of groceries will rise next month but the cost of butter and eggs remains constant or even decreases.

(C) exhibits this exact same whole to part flaw.

The premise is about the AVERAGE amount of time spent by people younger than 20 watching television but the conclusion is about fourth graders specifically.
