"On any given day, an employee works on exactly one work piece" - -> isn't that possible the following?:

===> J is apparently working on exactly one work piece(No4) each given day, isn't it??

Therefore, I do not understand why M is the only employee working prior to J.
Isn't J also possibly positioned before J because Js are on different days?
For example, J(Monday)-J(Tuesday) ...
