I get: from grab-a-rule H 3 4| J 1 5| L 2| So j1 to h3 = one space But why not two? H 4 5| J 1 6| L 2 3|?

Wow I just realized I crossed two and selected one, instead of crossing one and selecting two as I was taking the test ... So I was confused because I marked my answer incorrectly :/

How does that violate any rules?

No letter is used more Than twice. There is an HJ block. J is one of the first three. And the first letter is also last.

Would love some clarification. Maybe I'm missing something.
