Shake Up Your Caffeine Routine

I know when I was in the midst of studying, working through hundreds of LSAT practice questions, I may have imbibed one too many cups of coffee. Coffee is the drink of the Gods when it comes to LSAT prep, but drinking more than a cup or so a day can be detrimental to your health.

But, some of you need caffeine! That's totally fine! I, too, am dependent on the drug. But, you must admit, constant coffee is not only great for you, but is also quite boring. How about switching it up? There are a ton of other ways you can get your daily dose of caffeine. I thought it would be helpful to compile a list of products that are both delicious and caffeine-packed. This way, you can mix up your caffeine intake, stop drinking so much coffee, and still keep your mind stimulated for all the LSAT practice questions you have in store!

  1. Chocolate
What better excuse to eat chocolate. Sorry, Mom, but, LSAT instructor's orders! Caffeine is found naturally in cocoa beans. So, all chocolate has stimulating effects. The darker the chocolate, the higher the caffeine content will be.
  2. SumSeeds Energized Sunflower Seeds
I think this is a really cool product. SumSeeds are sunflower seeds that have been infused with caffeine, along with natural energy boosters like taurine, lysine, and ginseng. Now, you can get your stimulation and sustenance all in once go.
  3. Morning Spark Instant Oatmeal
In the same realm as the energized oatmeal in the morning. Sturm Foods has amped their instant breakfast with caffeine. How about a nice cup of caffeinated oatmeal as a mid Logic Game section snack?
  4. Perky Jerky
Another great caffeinated snack is Perky Jerky. Perky Jerky also has less fat and sodium than regular jerky. That way you can eat a healthy snack packed with protein and caffeine! That's what I call multitasking!

Just wanted to help mix up your normal caffeine routine! I know how hard it is to change things up while you're in your study groove. Try out one of these cool caffeinated products and let us know what you think!

Happy studying!
