Alright moving on to question twenty two here.

If center three recycles glass then which one of the following kinds of material

must center 2 recycle?

Taking a looke here drawing out a quick hypothetical where we have center 3 recycling glass. Again we

know that glass and plastic can't be together which tells us that plastic

must be in 1 because we already know it can't be in 2 because it would also place

it

in 1 which would violate the 3rd condition that there's only one plastic. So now looking at center 2 we know

we can only have maximum two center 2 now because we've already placed plastic in

center 1 which means that the two that we place in center 2 are also going to join

center 1 and maximum three so we can't have more than two in center 2. Again we

know that plastic can't be present and we also know that glass can't present because

if glass was present too it would put it in 1 based on condition two which

would violate condition three that plastic and glass can't go together. So the only

possibilities left for center 2 are N, T & W. Again we know from question 21 the only

possibilities are either W and N or N and T. So regardless we're gonna

have N and one of T or W. So what material must center 2 recycle? Well (B)

newsprint would be the correct answer.
